I gave you documents and microfilm too...25 April 2005 - 2:43 a.m. Just downloaded some music, thanks to Mike's telling me about mininova.org. Got.. Hot Hot Heat, Ash, Louis XIV, Beck, Weezer (not even released yet!), Bloc Party, add to that list the Kills I got earlier and I'll be happy for awhile. I've been a general waste of life since Tuesday. Tuesday was a lot of writing of exams.. 5 hours! And the weather was beautiful and sunny and hot which made me really want to write essays. Suuuure... Since then, I've been sleeping a whole lot, and not much else. Haven't begun studying for the other two exams. Haven't done productive things like cleaning my room or laundry or cleaning the kitchen or looking for jobs. Mike's been over a lot which is always fun. Other than that, I've done absolutely NOTHING. But tomorrow I shall get up early and start studying. I'll take Muppy on a walk (Steph and Scott are out of town, separately) and drop off my overdue books at the TPL, buy an envelope and send off a letter, call some companies that hire phone interviewers (what I did last year)... do laundry and finally cancel my Harlequin subscription. I joined to get two free books. This week I also have David Usher to see (sold out at the Mod Club! He's so dreamy, I'll be sure to take lots of pics) and of course, Arcade Fire!! I'm too excited. Then I have an exam Thursday, and Sunshine comes for the weekend. James b-day, her b-day, should be a good weekend. Not much else. James and I saw the end of a terrible movie on City called Locusts or something.. it may have had Lucy Lawless in it. It was about a swarm of carniverous locusts attacking the heartland of America. It was as terrible as it sounds. I wish some good movies would come out, I miss going to the cinema. Expensive pasttime, but I like going. As we have discussed, there is not a lot to do in downtown T.O. for cheap. There's shopping, eating, drinking.. but nothing fun. Like... bowling. Har har. I suggested we make a movie, but no one agreed. What else are digicams good for?? My dad sent me a French Archie comic, and the Incredibles (which I have yet to see). He's a weird guy. My sister is now talking of maybe moving to Montreal next year to be with her googly boy. She's crazy. |
