Cooking is fun and TV is fun.

08 September 2001 - 10:47 p.m.

I am so full you cannot understand. Today, Saturday, I got up and was at Myra's. (I had slept over) We ate and thought, hmmm, what to do. Go to Bayshore? Go to the Glebe? We finally went to... the library. But I got a Sylvia Plath book (Bell Jar) and a book by Irvine Welsh called Acid House. He wrote Trainspotting. We then decided to ... cook. Yes, cook. I know it's perhaps not the the coolest thing to do on a Saturday night, but it was really fun. We made guacamole and soup and cookies. I know it probably wasn't as fun as, say, getting drunk, or stoned, or high... but, hey, tame weekends happen too.

Besides, it was too frickin hot to leave the house.

On Friday, we watched Waydowntown, a quirky Canadian film starring this stoner (Dom! Squeal!) who has a bet with his friends to see who can stay in their office building the longest. It was so good, everyone go see it.

Icecubes McDougle.

School is fine. I went to school on Thursday (the second day of school) and thought I would throw up all over everyone. So I went home. And slept. And watched Crocodile Hunter, which is the best show on television. Honestly, I laughed my pants off. Ooh, pants... I'm sure Jeff, Jordan and Al were probably wondering why I was sittting in a corner by myself instead of joining the interesting pre-class conversation. Just be glad I didn't throw up all over you.

Tenacious D kicks so much ass. Jesus Ranch.

Stephen Dorff. Drool.

Kazaa has almost downloaded my Terrance and Phillip. The funniest South Park episode there is. Honestly, I never watch South Park, but whenever I do, I laugh my pants off and wonder why I never watch it.

I keep telling you, I have Simpsons quotes for every occasion.

"Mrs. Simpson, your children are no more... than nosy, no good troublemakers."

"Even Lisa?"

"EsPEcially Lisa. But esPEcially Bart."

Only a select few will laugh at that. And I love you all. RobertA, ParticiA...
